REACH 2022 Regulation for tattoo inks, also known as Commission Regulation (EU) 2020/2021, came into force on January 4th, 2022.
It is unanimously accepted as the strictest and most comprehensive chemicals legislation in existence, anywhere in the world.

All inks and pigments presented in this category are fully compliant with the REACH 2022 Regulation, and are safe and legal for tattoo- and PMU-use in Norway, the EU and EEA.
