Clean the skin with a dishwashing liquid such as Dawn and allow to dry.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e2.  Apply talc or baby powder just before you apply stencil solution.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e3.  Apply stencil solution and rub on surface till it becomes tacky.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e4.  Apply stencil and leave on the skin for about 20 minutes.
