If you have used Tattooshop.no, Redz Tattoo Supply, or one of our connected services and would like to request deletion of your personal data, you can do so by contacting us directly.
To submit a data deletion request, please send an email to post@tattooshop.no with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include the following information in your request:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if relevant
- Any order number or customer reference that may help us identify your account
- A short description of your request
We may need to verify your identity before processing the request in order to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or deletion.
Once your request has been verified, we will review it and delete or anonymize your personal data where applicable, unless we are required or permitted by law to retain certain information. This may include data we must keep for accounting, legal, fraud prevention, warranty, complaint handling, or regulatory purposes.
Please note that deleting your personal data may affect our ability to provide customer service, process returns, handle warranty or complaint claims, or maintain your purchase history.
If you have used a third-party platform to interact with us, such as Facebook, Instagram, or another connected service, you may also need to manage or remove permissions directly through that platform.
