Redz Tattoo Supply & Tattooshop.no is operated by MOKKI AS and primarily serves professional customers in the tattoo, PMU, and piercing industry. Private consumers may also place orders through the website. Because customer rights differ depending on whether you purchase as a business/professional customer or as a private consumer, please read the relevant section below carefully.

1. Order processing

We aim to pack and dispatch in-stock items as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, in-stock items are normally packed within 0–1 business days.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or elsewhere on the website are indicative only and may vary depending on stock status, destination, and carrier performance.

For items marked as special order, pre-order, or similar, individual delivery times may apply.

We reserve the right to adjust processing and delivery times in case of high order volumes, supplier delays, stock discrepancies, transport disruption, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping methods and delivery

Orders are shipped using the carriers available at checkout. Delivery options may vary depending on the destination, parcel size, and order value.

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you will normally receive tracking information by email and/or SMS, where available.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct delivery address, contact name, phone number, and email address. We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

3. Split shipments and combined orders

If your order contains both in-stock items and special-order items, we may, at our discretion, either ship the available items first and the remaining items later, or hold the order and ship everything together once all items are available.

We also reserve the right to make partial deliveries where operationally necessary.

4. Receipt and inspection

Please inspect your parcel and products as soon as possible after delivery.

If the package appears visibly damaged in transit, we recommend that you notify the carrier immediately and contact us without undue delay at post@tattooshop.no.

If any item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us in writing as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos where possible.

5. Professional and business customers

Tattooshop.no is primarily intended for professional use. If you purchase on behalf of a company, studio, clinic, sole proprietorship, or other business, your order is treated as a business purchase unless clearly stated otherwise.

For business customers, shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases.

Any return, cancellation, or exchange of non-defective goods is subject solely to our approval and any agreed commercial terms.

Opened, used, unsealed, or hygiene-sensitive products are generally not eligible for return unless the item is defective or we have made an error.

If a shipment is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge the actual return freight, handling costs, and any re-shipping costs.

6. Private consumers

If you purchase as a private consumer, you may have certain statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

For online purchases, private consumers generally have a 14-day right of cancellation from the day after the goods are received.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the cancellation period and return the goods within 14 days after giving notice.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Returned items must be sent back in original packaging and in substantially the same condition as received. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, a deduction in the refund amount may apply where permitted by law.

For defective goods, private consumers may also have the right to make a complaint within the time limits set by applicable law.

7. Opened hygiene products, pigments, and machines

Because many of our products are intended for professional, hygienic, or safety-sensitive use, special restrictions apply.

Unless required by mandatory law or unless the product is defective, we do not accept returns of opened pigments or inks, opened or unsealed hygiene products, used machines or devices, opened cartridges, needles, or other sterile or single-use products, or any item that cannot be resold for hygiene, health, or safety reasons.

If you believe a product is defective, please contact us before returning it.

8. Delays, loss, and carrier issues

Once an order has been handed over to the selected carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s network, routines, and any local conditions.

We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, strikes, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening a case with the carrier where appropriate.

9. Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected or accepted by the customer and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the actual return shipping cost, handling fees, and any other direct costs incurred.

For private consumers, this does not limit any mandatory rights under applicable law.
