Tattooshop.no is operated by MOKKI AS and primarily serves professional customers in the tattoo, PMU, and piercing industry. Private consumers may also place orders through the website. Because return and refund rights differ depending on whether you purchase as a business/professional customer or as a private consumer, please read the relevant section below carefully.
1. General return conditions
If you wish to return an item, please contact us in writing before returning anything. This helps us handle the case correctly and avoid delays.
Please include your order number, a short description of the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns can be made in one of the following ways:

Items returned without prior contact may result in delayed processing.
2. Professional and business customers
Tattooshop.no is primarily intended for professional use. If you purchase on behalf of a company, studio, clinic, sole proprietorship, or other business, your order is treated as a business purchase unless clearly stated otherwise.
For business customers, there is no automatic statutory right to cancel or return goods simply because you changed your mind.
Returns of non-defective goods are accepted only if approved by us in writing in advance.
If a return is approved, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
If a returned item shows signs of use, missing parts, damaged packaging, broken seals, or cannot be resold, we may reject the return or make a deduction from any refund or credit.
3. Private consumers
If you purchase as a private consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days for online orders, unless an exception applies under applicable law.
To use your cancellation right, you must notify us within the cancellation period and return the goods within 14 days after giving notice.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
Items should be returned in their original packaging and in substantially the same condition as received. If the product has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, a deduction in the refund may apply where permitted by law.
4. Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene, safety, and industry requirements, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed items unless the product is defective or we have made an error.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Opened pigments or inks
- Opened or unsealed hygiene products
- Used machines or devices
- Opened cartridges, needles, or other sterile or single-use products
- Any item that cannot be resold for hygiene, health, or safety reasons
5. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at post@tattooshop.no.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. In many cases, a photo is enough for us to assess the issue and find a solution quickly.
We only handle complaints for products purchased directly from us.
6. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
Please allow up to 14 days for return and refund cases to be processed.
