COAL: 
Coal is a cool, dark value, dark gray eyeliner pigment.  Add a couple drops to darken and intensify your eyeliner colors.  Also great used as an accent shading on black eyeliner for a smokey effect.  It is suitable for use on Fitzpatrick skin tones 1-3.
